Parties & Club Rental

The Woodlands Cabana Club is available for rental to host parties and events. Information for fees and general event guidelines are below.

Maximum party duration is limited to 3 hours

Security Deposit: $100 refundable deposit required payable with party fees (please provide a separate check for security deposit).  Deposit will be returned within one week of the party date if all conditions are met.

Criteria for deposit loss or deduction:

• Damage to Cabana Club property
• Failure to clean party area of trash, leftover food and beverage, and personal property
• Violation of club rules and/or general code of conduct
• Exceeding party guest headcount (per the signed party rental agreement)

Party fees must be prepaid at the time of the reservation. Checks should be made payable to the Woodlands Cabana Club. Prior to the party, we must have fees paid in full and a completed Rental Agreement Form.

Please note that for more than 40 people, we will charge $18 per hour for an additional lifeguard. The club secretary reserves the right to require more than one additional lifeguard for parties with 60+ guests.

All party guests are expected to follow club rules and the party host is responsible for the behavior of their guests. (A complete list of club rules is are found on the WCC website.) The party host is expected to dispose of all trash and leave the party area clean and tidy.
